great location with easy access

The area was lovely and felt safe . The staff were also very accommodating.

It felt a bit far from the central attractions.

Silent hotel, breakfast was wonderful, magnificent location in residential area of Madrid. Amazing bed, brand-new room, functional facilities. Plenty of facilities like: an electronic key card, a work desk and multi-channel TV.

Our room was so clean and nice. The beds were comfortable. The best part was how quiet it was. After flying for 15 hours and feeling extremely jetlagged, we slept so so well at the hotel and felt very relaxed by the end of our stay.

Not much to complain about. Only thing was that it was a bit out of the center. But we took the metro most of the time to the parque retiro or the puerta de sol area.

Great hotel for a weekend with good connections to Madrid. Very nice staff and good rooms. The city centre can be reached by bus in 10 minutes

I have been at El Clasico at Santiago Bernabeu and stadion is the best i seen....allso the whole city is beautiful....from this hotel you can get everywhere fast with metro, bus and taxi

Newspapers available in lobby, pillow choices, great location to Avenida de America transport hub but a fair walk to good eateries around Sorreno. Loved the shower coming out from the ceiling, felt like I had a really great shower after a hard days travelling.

I stayed here on two separate occasions. First tiime the shower did not drain quickly so overflowed but second time was fine.

Slightly soulless reception.

The hotel was very close to the Avenue d'America train stop (1 street walk). It was very stylish and clean and the hotel had a very good/classier feel to it. The reception was very helpful in showing me the key points on the map. The amenities in the room are very modern especially the bathroom, I really like the roomy stand up shower with the waterfall showerhead. I think this is a great value for the comfort in this hotel. I would most definitely stay here again when I return to Madrid. I think this is a great city with lots of culture and lots of things to see and experience.

This hotel is not in the main center part of town but the Metro or bus will take you to the main part within 15 minutes of a commute. However to make a negative into a positive, the Metro is clean and runs very often. There is a bus one street away from the hotel - no. 52 that will head to Puerta del Sol within a 15 minute bus ride. Since you are paying a bit less for a nicer hotel you will just be a not too away (but not directly within) the main city part.

The room was very good and the lady on reception very helpful. Parking was available at an extra cost.

Other staff were not very helpful and the restaurant seem closed when we came down to eat at 1900hrs. The complimentarey coffee from 0530 was luke warm at 0630 and we were left to drink it in the dark.

Found a tube station minutes from the building. Healthy food in the restaurant, marvellous breakfast with Prosecco, cheeses and hams...
